Order processing and delivery

Orders placed at Growtech are processed automatically once payment is confirmed. Most orders are delivered within minutes.

Your subscription details appear on your orders page and may also be sent to your phone.

If an order is not delivered, contact the store or use the report form linked in the footer.

An order is only fulfilled after the platform confirms the payment. A browser redirect alone does not confirm a payment.
